1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PropelusAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PropelusAI is an AI-powered social media management platform that provides content creation, scheduling, analytics, inbox management, and AI agent capabilities. The Service is provided by PropelusAI, headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute spam or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated systems to abuse the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Social media credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Your data at rest is stored on our self-hosted, dedicated-server infrastructure. Some processing and publishing involves third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed in INR and charged in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Cashfree. Refunds are limited to your first payment, requested within fourteen days of it, and return only the unused portion valued at published rates, less the merchant discount rate. The complete rule, including how the amount is calculated, is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PropelusAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
