By accessing and using PropelusAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PropelusAI is an AI-powered social media management platform that provides content creation, scheduling, analytics, inbox management, and AI agent capabilities. The Service is provided by PropelusAI, headquartered in Kosamba, Gujarat, India.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute spam or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated systems to abuse the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Social media credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. All data is stored on our self-hosted infrastructure.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed in INR. We accept payments through Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PropelusAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
